From inception to completion, I utilized my UX and UI expertise to create an exceptional online raffle website for my client. By conducting thorough user research, wireframing, prototyping, and implementing intuitive design elements, I ensured a seamless user experience that not only met the client's objectives but also left them delighted with the final product.

Research

To gain a comprehensive understanding of the end user's needs, I conducted user research through a combination of surveys and interviews. Through these methods, I gathered valuable insights and feedback directly from the target audience, allowing me to uncover their preferences, pain points, and desired functionalities. By leveraging this user-centric data, I was able to make informed design decisions and create an online raffle website that truly addressed the needs and expectations of the end users.

Wireframes

After conducting user research and applying UX design concepts, I created user journeys and initial design ideas to present to the client during meetings. Through effective collaboration, we reached a consensus on the design direction, allowing me to proceed with developing wireframes. To ensure usability, the wireframes underwent early-stage testing, where we assessed the ease of use and incorporated necessary changes. By iterating on the wireframes, I achieved a point where the end user found the website intuitive and easy to navigate, resulting in a user-friendly experience.

Final Design

With the initial wireframes as a foundation, we progressed to create a high-fidelity prototype that closely resembled the final product. Conducting user testing sessions, we gathered valuable feedback, refined the prototype, and ensured optimal usability. Ultimately, we delivered the polished high-fidelity prototype to the client, meeting their expectations and providing them with a tangible representation of the final website experience.
